Default Dresden
Made this Dresden for a friend. I found this pretty background fabrics in Paducah. It made for a nicer look than a solid I think.

That is gorgeous, Celia. I like the background fabric a lot, as well as the colors you used for the dresdens. Lovely quilt!

I love smaller cooordining prints that are used as backgrounds...they give the quilt much more depth.

Very pretty. I tend to like nice print backgrounds over solids. The prints can add a lot of interest.

I like your more modern version of the desdan and your color choices. The background really makes it sparkle. Great finish.
